Returns will be accepted but items MUST be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to our ever-changing inventory, if items are not postmarked within the 7-day timeframe, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unworn, with the original tags still in place and with no traces of hair, makeup, pet hair, perfume, smoke or other odors. Item must be in brand new condition to qualify for a full refund.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
1) Any item that is not in its original condition 2) Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 3) Any item that is returned more than 15 days after the shipped date with extenuating circumstances, to be determined on a case by case basis.
Please be sure you are following exact washing instructions provided by the manufacturer on the tags inside the garments. We are not responsible for any change in product quality if/when the tags are removed, items are tried on, washed, and/or worn. While all efforts are made to select clothing offerings that launder well, Conntempo Boutique will not be held liable for any changes that may happen to a product due to individual laundering processes.
**Please note the following exception to our return policy**
Due to the holiday gift-giving season, any purchases made from Friday, November 25th 2016 through Friday, December 23rd 2016 may be returned without penalty until Friday, January 13th 2016. PLEASE NOTE: All other conditions of the return policy below must be met in order to qualify for a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to send you the status of your refund. If you are due a refund, once processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable):
Due to the nature of our inventory, exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact us at email@example.com with your specific situation. Exchanges are held to the same 15 day policy and all shipping is at the expense of the buyer, with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
Clearance Items and Web Busters:
Items that are purchased on Clearance or listed as a Web Buster are not eligible for returns - all sales are final.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs required for returning your item. Exceptions may be made for defective merchandise, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable. Please print a copy of your electronic invoice and include it with your return for expedited processing.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Price adjustments are only considered if a price has changed on a specific item within 3 calendar days of your previous purchase and are given at the sole discretion of the owner. Please contact us if you have an inquiry.
